Ooh... you need to walk past and throw more seeds in! Every time I collect cornflower seeds from my garden I think how I should scatter them on the sidewalk, on vacant blocks, in parks...

I have been threatening a friend with seed bombing her vacant block with tomato-and-basil seed bombs.

LOL!! We went on a steam tram ride down at Thirlmere last summer and a yellow wildflower was growing all along the tracks. My MIL told me that during wartime (??) a lady started a trend of scattering the seeds along all the train tracks in NSW. Not sure how correct my version is of that but it's a lovely story!

Nicer than the similar intentions of Baron Ferdinand von Mueller who encouraged the spread of blackberries in Australia as food for the weary traveller!
